Exchange Policy

You can exchange products within 14 days of purchase, provided that the original invoice is presented and the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect or damage in the product.

In such cases, customers have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

The product must be returned with the original invoice and in its original packaging, where possible.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Products cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been used, opened, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or was received damaged.

Refunds

If your return request is approved due to a manufacturing defect or product damage, we will notify you after inspecting the returned product.

Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method or the store’s applicable refund process.
